Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to request a return or refund on certain products (*please check the product page for eligibility) within 30 days of receiving the goods. However, no cancellations are allowed once the order has shipped.

To request a return or refund, please ensure the product is eligible as per the details on the product page. In order to initiate a return, you must contact us with a clear statement of your intent.

Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will issue the refund using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods must be in their original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or personalized items.

• Goods that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date.

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria at our discretion.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. Please send returned items to the following address:

We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. A refund cannot be processed without proof of return or confirmation of delivery.

Once good is returned to us and after successful verification of product quality, we will process for refund within 2-4 Days (*All product are not not eligible for refund, please check the product page for refund eligibility )

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned product. Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later gifting, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
